Refund And Cancellation


Cancellation Policy (Live Conferences Only):

Our policy regarding cancellations for live conferences is outlined as follows:

Cancellations are permissible and accepted for live conferences if the cancellation request is submitted at least 72 hours before the scheduled conference time. Requests made within 48 hours of the conference will not be accommodated. Refunds for webinar cancellations are available, with a small processing fee of $30 deducted from the refund amount.

If you find yourself unable to attend a webinar for which you have registered, please inform us at your earliest convenience.

Substitution Policy (Live Conferences Only):

Our policy regarding substitutions for live conferences is as follows:

  • Participants have the option to substitute instead of canceling to avoid the associated processing fee.
  • Substitution can involve replacing one webinar with another at a different time or day or substituting the registered participant with another individual.
  • Substitution is free of charge, but advance notification is required.

Cases Where Substitutions and Cancellations Are Not Permitted:

  • Substitutions or cancellations are not allowed if the attendee misses the scheduled session.
  • Refunds are not provided for on-demand webinars, and substitutions or cancellations will not be accommodated due to issues such as bounced emails, restricted emails, or any other technical problems on the attendee's end.

Our Refund Policy:

For Live, Pre-Recorded, On-demand Webinars and Audio Conferences:

  • If Conference Speak cancels a webinar due to technical faults or related challenges, the participation fees will be fully refunded.
  • We do not offer refunds if a participant fails to receive the webinar instructions without notifying our customer service department. If participants do not receive login instructions, they are responsible for contacting customer services at least 24 hours before the scheduled webinar time. To reach customer services, please open a ticket at (cs@conferencespeak.com). Only then can we assist and follow up appropriately.
  • No refund will be provided to participants who do not receive login instructions due to system or technical glitches on their end.

Refund Policy for DVD:

  • If the DVD is damaged during delivery or malfunctions, a full refund is applicable, provided the participant submits evidence.
  • A full refund is issued if the DVD is missing or lost during delivery.

Refund Policy for Digital Downloads, including Transcripts:

No refunds are offered for digital downloads and transcripts.
